It's really hard for me to believe that we go back to school in 6 days! Well, I do. Public schools go back next Monday, the 2nd. This break has not been long enough! It's been so nice sleeping in and laying around until whenever you decide to go out! I love breaks! I'm going to be sure to take advantage of these next few days until school. I need to do some massive school supplies shopping though! I think I am going to go watch some tv. :: Adios, Austin ::
I'm not going to lie. One of the smartest purchases my family has ever made was the purchase of a quesadilla maker. This thing is amazing! Perfect quesadillas all the time, no matter what! I had them for dinner last night and lunch today. I would highly recommend adding that to ya'll's Christmas wish lists. EDIT (12.21.05 @ 10:10pm) - I have had my quesadilla maker for about the past two months or so! Thanks to Lyndsey for having me add this! So tonight is the "From This Day Forth" concert @ State Theater (click for more info) and a ton of my friends are going and I have friends who are in the bands playing. But, I will be in there in spirit because I am going to do some family stuff. Family first always! There will be more shows anyway, for sure! Well, stay safe tonight ya'll! :: Adios, Austin ::
Thank god, school is over! Well, at least until January 3rd. Exams are done and the majority of mine still haven't been graded, but oh well. I don't really care at this point because I do not have school for the next 2 weeks. It's quite beautiful to think about. I'm not going to lie. I enjoy school, but can only take so much of it. Outlook for this year's winter break: Sleeping in h-core, hanging out with my two best friends, seeing the loves that came down from college, having an awesome Christmas, relaxing - r & r could not be needed more at the moment. Tomorrow - SACS meeting in the morning (will explain more later) and then probably Christmas shopping. =( I honestly don't want to go anywhere near the malls right now. But, oh well. Time for bed considering I have to be up at 7am for my 8am meeting! :: Adios, Austin ::

I'm kinda upset that it's December and the only time it gets cold around here is at 9:00 at night. Shouldn't it be cold all the time in the winter? I'm not going to lie, I'm pretty disappointed. So I'm slowly recovering from this sinus thing that I have had for the past couple days. Tonight is the big Jesuit game! It's going to be crazy! Just wanted to do an update. :: Adios, Austin ::
I don't know why, but I am feeling ill at the moment. My throat was killing me all day yesterday and people kept asking me, do you have Mono? Mono has been going around my school like crazy! I am pretty sure that I don't have Mono and have some sort of viral infection. Thanks to WebMd for my self-diagnosis. =) So I decided to stay home from school today and get some rest hoping that tomorrow will be a better day! Thankfully, it's already Wednesday! I'm really ready for Winter Break but unfortunately, that is a good 13 days away. =( It will come soon enough though... I hope! I'll go back to more rest and the Chemistry project now... :: Adios, Austin ::
Today I took the SAT's, which were so fricken long! I couldn't stand the silence b/c as you all know, I talk A LOT! They actually weren't as hard as I though they would be. I just realized though, that I have a lot more Algebra 2 to learn for sure! So then I came home for all of like an hour and got ready to go over to Gioia's house. Gioia and I have known each other since we were 4 1/2. =) I love her to death and never get to see her, but from now on we decided that I'm coming up to Palm Harbor more often. We just chilled and drove around. Then we made some kick butt Chicken Marsala! Get us getting out the cookbook and using most of the correct measurements. Some things are just better not measuring. =D Then we started putting up Christmas decorations, which is always fun. We were all talking and her mom said something really funny, so I go into the other room to laugh because I was about to die, and I turned around and smacked my head into the wall. I mean, it was bad. First you hear our laughter, then all you hear is a huge THUMP and I am on the ground about to pee my pants laughing so hard. It was awesome! Then we headed over to Coldstone and then back to Gioia's house to look at pictures from our "early" years. Tomorrow is a pretty big day. I am going to church (as usual) and then coming home and meeting up with Olivia for lunch at Bennigans at 12. Back home after to figure out what I am wearing for my photo shoot. I shoot my pictures at 4 and then the whole party thing starts at 5. I'm excited! =) I'm off to bed know, because I am going to fall asleep typing. :: Adios, Austin ::
Today wasn't too bad, just really busy! It was Free Starbucks Day from 6-8pm. I met up with Nicole and Amber and had a good time. I'm so excited for the weekend. It's going to be fricken awesome! Friday (tomorrow) - Chillin with Nicole. Carmelita's. Bed early. Saturday - SATs in the morning @ Admiral Farragut. Nap. Out. Sunday - Church. Lunch @ Panera Bread. Photo shoot at 5. =) Going to watch some Will & Grace then Making the Band 3 - big episode! :: Adios, Austin ::
