Well, this past week has been filled with so much, I don't know where to start. All of our sports are doing really well. Boys soccer goes on to state finals next Wednesday and Thursday and Boys basketball is in regional play! I'm so excited! The news about the Salesian March Leadership Retreat (popularly known as MLR) took so long! I couldn't take it anymore, but was doing a lot better with the wait than I had expected. And the results are ... I GOT CHOSEN! I AM GOING TO NEW YORK! I'm so excited! We have a really good group going too - Myself. Johnny Barber. Tank. Mack Volk. Lisa. Kirsten. Megan Vu. Sam Burns! We leave the morning of March 6th and come home the afternoon of March 12th! I'm so pumped! The Grammy's this year were kind of boring, except when my girl Kelly won both her nominations! She cried when she won the first one! It was so fricken awesome to see her win!

I'm getting a new digital camera tomorrow! ((hopefully)) I cannot wait! :: Adios, Austin ::

    Hi there!
I know you dont know me and such, but I just have to tell you...that I noticed that you are involved with the Salesians.
I actually went on the Salesian Leadership Retreat that occurs in Toronto, Ontario, in Canada. (Where I live...)
The Salesian retreat here is like a mini-version I suppose of the American MLR.
We do some of the stuff you guys do, but compacted into a 3 day period, with about 60 students from 5 core schools in the Toronto area.
I was blessed to go as a retreatant in grade 11 and even more blessed to be picked as a leader for my grade 12 year.
It was certainly a life changing weekend for me...both times.
And I just have some questions and stuff ...and I'm interested to hear about your MLR experience.
So, if you'd like...you can email me at crugosi@yorku.ca

    Thanks alot.
And I hope you dont get freaked out about this. :P
    God bless,
    Christina
